From feature films and music videos to concert dance, award-winning choreographer Robin Conrad brings originality and style to each new project.  Whether in the genre of powerful contemporary movement or sassy burlesque and pole dance Robin creates visually arresting, emotionally daring work shot through with humor and grace.  An experienced dance educator, Robin approaches dancers and non-dancers with a supportive, positive energy to bring out their best, most expressive movement.

2012 Highlights:

Robin choreographed three episodes of Suburgatory on ABC.


Robin coached dancers for Sofia Coppola’s movie, The Bling Ring.


Robin choreographed an episode of GCB on ABC.


Robin was an artist in residence at the Skirball Cultural Center.


Robin was a panelist at the American Association of Museums Conference for: Getting It Into the Bones: Museums, Dance and Social Action.


Robin presented a workshop in the Teaching Our World Through the Arts series at the Skirball Cultural Center.


Robin received a CCI grant.

So Far in 2013:


Robin was selected to present work this April in the Pasadena Dance Festival.


This summer Robin’s work will be featured at the World Dance Alliance Conference in Vancouver and she’ll present a master class.


Robin was the choreographer for the pilot episode of Middle Age Rage on ABC TV.
